Tramvaje

Trams provide a nostalgic trip through historic neighbourhoods such as the Bairro Alto, Alfama, Chiado, with fascinating views of the city. Many trams are pre World War I and still function perfectly, although pieces do seem to fall off from time to time, which is part of the charm. Tram 15 departs from Praça da Figueira to Belém and the famous number 28 passes through the Bairro Alto and Alfama.
