One of the most expensive restaurants in Lisbon, but considered worthwhile, not only for the Michelin star (the only in Lisbon), but also for the stunning views from the steel framed glass minimalist cube dining room. A serious dining experience. Just above Parque Eduardo VII.

Bocca
One of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in Lisbon, and although not cheap, worth the price, especially the lunch menu. Modern and stylish, green and white predominate. An excellent wine list and, unusually in Lisbon, an enormous choice of wines by the glass. Service is informal, welcoming and professional.

Os Tibetanos
This Tibetan restaurant cum yoga centre allows you to eat indoors or outdoors and is a haven for health conscious and spiritually aware vegetarians and vegans. Try to arrive early and reserve a table, as the restaurant is extremely popular, especially at lunchtime. Close to Avenida da Liberdade.
